What we collect

Your email address and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see or store your actual password).

Delivery addresses you save, including recipient name and phone number, so we can ship to you.

Your order history, including what you bought and what you paid.

A basket identifier stored in a cookie so your basket survives before you sign in. It contains no personal information.

What we do with it

We use it to take payment, ship your order, raise a tax invoice and answer your questions. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your card details never reach our servers — payments are handled by Razorpay, who are PCI-DSS compliant.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, to process the payment.

Our delivery partner, to deliver your parcel — name, address and phone number only.

Tax authorities, where we are legally required to report a sale.

Your choices

Write to us at the address on our contact page and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required by tax law to keep it.

Tax invoices must be retained for the period Indian law requires, so an order record may outlive an account deletion request.
