Who you are buying from

This store is operated by eatpause, Bihar. These terms apply to every order placed through it.

By placing an order you confirm that the details you give us — delivery address, phone number and contact email — are accurate and yours to use.

Products and pricing

All prices shown are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST at 5%. The price you see in your basket is the price you pay.

We re-price every basket from the live catalogue at checkout. If a price changes between adding an item and paying, the price charged is the one shown on the checkout page at the moment you pay.

We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and raise a tax invoice. Until then we may decline it — for example if stock has run out.

Stock is reserved when you place an order and released automatically if payment is not completed.

Coupons

Coupon codes are valid for the period, minimum order value and usage limit stated when they are issued. One code may be applied per order.

A code that has expired or reached its usage limit stops applying automatically, and your basket total updates to the correct amount.

Food products

We sell raw makhana (foxnut), an agricultural product. Natural variation in size, colour and moisture is normal and is not a defect.

Store in a cool, dry place. Best-before information is printed on the pack.
